The following terms apply to financial transactions on ky99. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

For any irregular or suspicious transactions, ky99 reserves the right to temporarily hold funds for investigation purposes. Any activity linked to money laundering or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately.

ky99 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to its users. These bonuses are granted subject to specific conditions being met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount must be completed. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a set expiry date; unused bonuses are automatically cancelled after expiry.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• ky99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• Bonus offers are personal and non-transferable.

• Betting using any strategic software, bots, or automated systems.
• Colluding or cheating with other players to influence game outcomes.

ky99's VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming, and each tier comes with its own benefits:
